IDS Faculty
In 2008, Interdisciplinary Studies shifted from being a department in the College of Arts & Science to a degree-granting program under the newly created University College. Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, Dave Haney, has been exceptionally supportive of IDS and interdisciplinarity is pervasive across the various units of University College, including General Education. Because the small number of full-time faculty in IDS, we have a talented list of Associated Faculty that teach many of the IDS courses.
